Abstract

¿¬±¸ ¸ñÀû: ¿Âµµ º¯È­¿¡ µû¸¥ ZrO2¿Í Ti-6Al-4VÀÇ Á¢ÇÕ Æ¯¼º¿¡ ´ëÇØ ¾Ë¾Æº¸±â À§ÇÏ¿© »õ·Î¿î ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ÇÕ±ÝÀ» Á¦Á¶ÇÏ°í, ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ¿Âµµ°¡ Á¢ÇÕ Æ¯¼º¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© Á¶»çÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ÇÕ±ÝÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© Áø°ø ºê·¹ÀÌ¡À» ¼öÇàÇÑ °á°ú ZrO2 ¿Í Ti-6Al-4V ´Â 700¡É - 800¡É¿¡¼­ ¾çÈ£ÇÑ Á¢ÇÕÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ÈÄ ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ¿Âµµ º¯È­¿¡ µû¸¥ ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ºÎÀÇ µÎ²² ¹× °áÇÔÀ²ÀÇ º¯È­´ÂSEMÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ¿Âµµ°¡ 700¡É¿¡¼­ 800¡É·Î Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó CuTi ±Ý¼Ó°£ È­ÇÕ¹° Ãþ ¹× Ti-Sn-Cu-Ag°è È­ÇÕ¹° ÃþÀÇ µÎ²²´Â °¢°¢ 4.5 §­¿¡¼­ 10.3 §­·Î, 3.1 §­¿¡¼­ 5.0 §­·Î Áõ°¡µÇ¾ú´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ¿Âµµ°¡ 700¡É¿¡¼­ 800¡É·Î Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ Á¢ÇÕ°è¸éÀÇ °áÇÔÀ²Àº ZrO2 ¹× Ti-6Al-4V °è¸é¿¡¼­ °¢°¢25%¿¡¼­ 16.3%, 5%¿¡¼­ 1.5%·Î °¨¼ÒµÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ¿Âµµ°¡ 700¡É¿¡¼­ 800¡É·Î Áõ°¡µÊ¿¡ µû¶ó, ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ Á¢ÇÕ°è¸éÀÇ °áÇÔÀ²Àº ZrO2 ¹× Ti-6Al-4V °è¸é¿¡¼­ ¸ðµÎ °¨¼ÒµÇ¾ú´Ù. ÀÌ´Â °áÇԺο¡¼­ ZrO2¿Í È°¼º¿ø¼ÒÀÎ Ti°úÀÇ ¹ÝÀÀÀÌ ÃæºÐÈ÷ ÀϾÁö ¾Ê¾Æ¼­ ºê·¹ÀÌ¡ ÇÕ±ÝÀÌ ZrO2¿¡ ¿þÆõÇÁö ¾ÊÀº °ÍÀÌ ¿øÀÎÀ̶ó°í »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Purpose: In this study, brazing characteristics of ZrO2 and Ti-6Al-4V brazed joints with increasing temperature were investigated.

Materials and Methods: The sample size of the ZrO2 was 3 mm ¡¿ 3 mm ¡¿ 3 mm (thickness), and Ti-6Al-4V was 10 mm (diameter) ¡¿ 5 mm (thickness). The filler metal consisted of Ag-Cu-Sn-Ti was prepared in powder form. The brazing sample was heated in a vacuum furnace under 5 ¡¿ 10-6 torr atmosphere, while the brazing temperature was changed from 700 to 800¡É for 30 min.

Results: The experimental results shows that brazed joint of ZrO2 and Ti-6Al-4V occurred at 700 - 800¡É. Brazed joint consisted of Ag-rich matrix and Cu-rich phase. A Cu-Ti intermetallic compounds and a Ti-Sn-Cu-Ag alloy were produced along the Ti-6Al-4V bonded interface. Thickness of the reacted layer along the Ti-6Al-4V bonded interface was increased with brazing temperature. Defect ratios of ZrO2 and Ti-6Al-4V bonded interfaces decreased with brazing temperature.

Conclusion: Thickness and defect ratio of brazed joints were decreased with increasing temperature. Zirconia was not wetting with filler metal, because the reaction between ZrO2 and Ti did not occur enough.
